Roy is passionate about helping clients release stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and unlock their full potential. His pragmatic coaching approach focuses on achieving tangible results, integrating techniques like NLP and hypnotherapy. Beyond coaching, Roy is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and volunteers as an ethics teacher at his daughter's primary school.

Amie is an international TV and radio presenter, public speaker, producer, and media coach with over 20 years of experience in the media industry. Her career commenced in 2005 as a UK reporter covering Hollywood gossip from the MTV Music Awards for SUNONLINE (Sun Newspaper, UK). She subsequently hosted SKY TV's FAME TV and contributed to various online platforms, including Golfpunkonline.com and Bangingdrum.com, where she conducted notable interviews such as with The Wombats' lead singer, Matthew Murphy. In 2008, Amie co-presented 'The Wright Stuff' on Channel 5 (UK), collaborating with journalist Matthew Wright, which provided her the opportunity to interview numerous celebrities, including Sir Michael Caine at the London premiere of 'Batman: The Dark Knight'. After relocating to Australia in 2011, Amie co-hosted Bondi Radio's BIG Breakfast Show and became the face of nono!ULTRA on TVSN. She also continued her producing career, working as an associate producer at Warner Brothers and ITV. Her extensive experience has shaped her into a personable and knowledgeable media coach, dedicated to helping others create effective and authentic video content.

Jo Brigden-Jones

Olympian

Jo Brigden-Jones is an Australian sprint kayaker, paramedic, and baker. She has represented Australia in international competitions since 2004, including the London 2012 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. At the 2012 Olympics, her K4 crew finished ninth, and at the 2020 Games, her team secured a seventh-place finish in the K4 500m event. ​Beyond her athletic career, Jo pursued her passion for healthcare, earning a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Practice (Paramedic). She commenced work as a paramedic with NSW Ambulance in 2016. Balancing her medical career with elite sport, Jo continued to achieve top national and international results in kayaking. In addition to her roles as an athlete and paramedic, Jo is a skilled baker. Her passion for baking led her to establish Elite Cake Co., where she creates custom cakes and sweets for clients. ​Jo's dedication across multiple fields showcases her exceptional ability to balance high-level sport, a demanding professional career, and personal passions.​
